Modification

1. How can I change my booking?

On the box2rail homepage there is an „overview of your orders“. Here you will find your open reservations and also your bookings. Click on „View“ on the booking to be changed to get to the detailed view of the order. You can then make your changes there.

2. What can i change?

In the mask you can make additional orders free of charge until the booking deadline. Changes to fields that are not shown in this mask (e.g. relationship data) require a cancellation + new booking.'

3. Changes after the booking deadline / after the start of transport

Changes after the booking deadline (see keyword) must be coordinated with box2rail support. Once the order has started to be produced, the change function is no longer available.

Bookings closing date

What is the closing date?

Import:

The time at which the containers in the seaport have to be available for loading. 12:00 on the working day (Monday-Friday) before the dispatch day for bookings from Bremerhaven and Hamburg

Export KV:

The point in time at which all transport-relevant information (TurnOut, loading ref. Etc.) must be available for this container. 11:00 a.m. on the working day (Monday-Friday) before the day of the truck delivery for bookings from the hinterland.

Export KVS:

11:00 a.m. on the working day (Monday - Friday) before the dispatch day, or Thursday for dispatch day Saturday.

Note:

On non-federal holidays, the booking deadline for transports to federal states on which the day of the Closing date is a public holiday, one day forward.

Cancelation

1. How can I cancel my booking?

Click on „View“ on the booking to be changed to get to the detailed view of the order. There you have the opportunity to cancel your order.

2. When can I cancel my booking?

Orders can be canceled until the booking closes with costs. Cancellations after the booking deadline require coordination with box2rail support.

3. What is the cancellation fee?

After booking, cancellations are subject to a charge. You will be charged a cancellation fee of 50 EUR / per TEU posed.

1. How can I track my booking?

Road transport

1. How can I change my delivery date?

Delivery dates can be changed up to the booking deadline via the detailed view of the order. For changes after this time, please contact box2rail support.

Tip: It is best to coordinate the appointment in advance with the box2rail support.

2. When does a waiting time arise?

In the KV, there is a free waiting time of 2 hours at loading points including customs clearance and weighing points.

3. How will I be informed about the waiting time for my booking?

Your box2rail support will inform you of any waiting times after delivery. First of all, you will receive an advice note. After being provided by our truck operator, we will automatically send you the driving order.
